      Assorted formal proclamations and addresses by Governor Finch, and assorted correspondence with local, state and national government figures, including President Jimmy Carter, Governors Bill Clinton of Arkansas and John D. Rockefeller IV of West Virginia, and Senators Ted Kennedy of Massachusetts and John C. Stennis of Mississippi. Also present are a 1975 press release describing Finch’s gubernatorial campaign tactic of working an eight-hour day at various blue-collar jobs and a printed pamphlet commemorating his inauguration in 1976.
