Consists of handwritten copies, typescript carbon copies, and mimeograph copies of senate and house bills and resolutions. Some are those approved by the Governor for enactment. Some have annotations and editing corrections that indicate they may have been part of the process to print and publish the Acts of the Legislature in book form.
ACCESS NOTE Due to their fragility, original materials are restricted from general access where there is a published copy available. Published copies of the Acts of the Legislature are available in the online catalog. To access a document for which there is no printed copy, application for access, with justification, must be submitted to the Director, Archives and Library Division, or the Department Director. |
