      Documentation of meetings held by the State Board of Election Commissioners to discuss general and special elections, as well as other issues of relevance to the voting process in Mississippi. The files contain such items as sample ballots, candidates. qualifying papers, agendas and minutes of meetings, candidate withdrawals, etc. While most of the files pertain to particular elections or particular meetings, a few of the files are more general in nature: electronic voting machines, elections security, miscellaneous correspondence, and so forth. Arrangement is chronological by year, except for the folders which cover a span of years or cover a general topic. Those are grouped together in Box #32033.
