      These materials consist of state taxes on privileges, which were taxes on small business owners in the state. There are also some corporations operating in Mississippi that were taxed (such as railroads and insurance companies). The receipt warrants offer information on the business owner, type of business, county and city location, as well as date and amount of tax paid. The items are arranged by year and county.
