      This series consists of minutes, minutes support files, and agenda materials from the Public Employees’ Retirement System’s Board of Trustees received from the PERS offices and some of which was recovered from Phil Bryant’s administrative files from his two terms as Governor of the State of Mississippi from 2012 to 2020. Records include but are not limited to: meeting minutes, legislative summaries, lists of new retirees and state service extensions for approval by the Board, reports of investments, Audit Committee information, and correspondence from financial institutions and investment firms submitting bonds available for purchase. Also included are listings of general obligation, industrial and school bonds. Anything that could be discussed during these meetings will be located in the meeting files. Researchers should note that the 1975 minutes have not been transferred. Files are arranged chronologically.
