Weekly reports distributed to catfish farmers and processors to whom their fish are sold that show the number of pounds of catfish processed for the week prior. Reports from 1993-1996 show the volume of catfish processed for that week plus the same date for the previous year, the price range per pound, and the weighted average price per pound. Reports dating 1997 forward show only the volume of catfish processed. Reports and correspondence are each arranged chronologically.
