Building Commission (RG 43).
State Building Commission general correspondence to and from state agencies, architectural firms, construction companies, and other entities associated with various building projects throughout the state. The correspondence concerns present, future, or proposed work projects on state government offices, schools, hospitals, parks and includes correspondence with architects and contractors bidding or working on the projects. An inventory list is included in each box of correspondence papers. Oversize plans and documents have been removed and housed separately. Relocation sheets in the individual correspondence folders indicate the box and folder number to which the oversize material was relocated. Arrangement is generally alphabetically within the three bands of years.
ACCESS NOTE Access to architectural drawings or blueprints of state buildings is limited. Application for access, with justification, must be submitted to the Director, Archives and Library Division, or the Department Director. |
