Project files for the Central Data Processing Authority (CDPA) itself from its origin as the Computer Center through its reorganization as CDPA. These files are for projects of the agency that were undertaken to maintain or improve its capabilities for advising, and designing data and telecommunications systems for other state agencies. Many projects (originally labeled "requests") were routine - additions and expansions to networks, repairs and upgrades to equipment, and such. Both routine and special projects (those with extensive planning and costs) have been included here.
