General constituent correspondence for the period 1988-1992. The series consists of letters and attendant documents received by the Governor with routing slips and copies of responses. The correspondence covers a broad-spectrum of topics, which reflect public concerns and issues. Attendant materials include such items as photographs, newspaper clippings, audiocassette tapes, promotional brochures, and reports.
Initial arrangement is alphabetical by correspondent and thereafter chronological according to an in-house numbering system. The final letters, from January of 1992, were not assigned in-house numbers.
