   Originals of Express Products Lists prepared by the Central Data Processing Authority (CDPA) for use by state agencies and institutions of higher learning. EPLs are issued periodically by the CDPA to the agency purchasing agents to be used in the Express Products Procedure. EPLs constitute a catalogue of computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices approved by the CDPA for purchase. The lists are generated from specifications and pricing data received from product vendors who hold state contacts. In 1989 the EPLs were referred to as Standard Product Lists (SPL).

   The lists are arranged chronologically by EPL number and the dates each list is in effect.
