Orders, instructions, directives, bulletins, memoranda, and other correspondence from the U. S. Department of Labor and regional manpower administration agencies. These items were compiled into notebooks, or “procedure manuals,” by staff members of the Mississippi Employment Security Commission’s Manpower Administration Division. Any other manuals found regarding the MS Employment Security Commission were also stored here. The original order and titles of these notebooks have been maintained in the folders and boxes listed below.
