Closing transcripts, State Bond Commission meeting files, and other papers which document the issuance of Mississippi state bonds. The bulk of the series consists of the closing transcripts, which are compilations of all the legal documents pertaining to a particular bond issue. Most of these are in print form, though one is available only in .pdf format (the Series 2010E and 2010F bonds). The Bond Commission meeting files, all of which date from 2011, contain agendas and minutes from Bond Commission meetings that year as well as agendas and minutes for working group meetings.
The series contains a few miscellaneous other records, including a review of October, 2011 general obligation financings, supplements to the ISDA master agreement between Morgan Stanley Capital Services and the State of Mississippi (2005), and official statements for certain bond issuances in 2005 and 2006.
