      General office files of Governor Fordice’s Deputy Chief of Staff. Files contain information and reference materials about all aspects of the Governor’s duties and responsibilities as well as guidelines for the administrative procedures used during Governor Fordice’s terms in office. Included within these files are a wide array of materials, including transition process plans, personnel handbooks, agency and commission histories and reports, committee meeting schedules and minutes, Governor’s Mansion maintenance records, publicity information, and photographs of Governor and Mrs. Fordice. Of particular interest are the files on natural disasters (floods, hurricanes, ice storms) and the choosing of textbooks for public schools.
