Planning documents and working files for Governor Fordice’s 1992 and 1996 inaugural ceremonies. Included in the series are such documents as timelines, itineraries and agendas, floor plans, seating charts, correspondence, and lists of contributors. Every aspect of the ceremonies is covered, from security and transportation to refreshments and entertainment. Files are grouped together by gubernatorial term (1992 and 1996), and therein are arranged alphabetically by folder title. The 1996 inauguration is extensively documented on video tapes containing interviews with Governor Fordice and footage of the various inaugural ceremonies and receptions.
