      Files consisting primarily of incoming and outgoing correspondence, but also including reference materials and materials related to the business of the legislature. Within the correspondence are communications between Lt. Governor Winter and members of the legislature; letters of request received from various state agencies as well as business associations; and letters from constituents on both public and private matters.
      Reference materials include such items as reports and newsletters from state agencies, lists of officials and organizations, and minutes of committee meetings. Legislative materials include copies of Senate bills, lists of appointments, and correspondence pertaining to the ongoing Senate business of establishing laws and administrative procedures for the affairs of the state. Scattered within these files are also a few items pertaining to Lt. Governor Winter’s personal involvement in community and civic organizations. Files are arranged in strict chronological order, and thereunder alphabetically by subject.
