     The circular letters are contained in a notebook, and were addressed to various division directors and supervisors, employees, county health officers, and administrators of nursing homes and other long-term care facilities. These letters were sent from Dr. Gray and other health department administrative officials to inform recipients of in-house administrative news, policies and procedures, to apprise medical officials of guidelines and current practices for medical care, and to alert all staff to ongoing medical education opportunities and efforts. Brochures, leaflets, legal citations, and other such materials often accompany the letters. The notebook is arranged by Health Office Division (A-S) for the years 1961 and 1962. The divisions are as follows:
