This correspondence and its accompanying maps was used by the district engineer and his staff to respond to the Highway Department with corrections or changes to the descriptions of highways from the various bills passed during the 1954, 1956, 1957, and 1958 legislative sessions (Mississippi Code, 1972, Sections 65-3-5 through 65-3-11). Each district.s maps are in a separate folder by year. The counties included in the program for that district are listed on the outside of each folder.
