      Photographs of statewide staff and board members of the Department of Public Welfare. Also included are photographs of such varied subjects as personnel, foster parents and their homes, clients, the 1956 clerical conference and the 20th anniversary banquet. The photographs of staff and board members are arranged alphabetically by county with the other photographs located at the beginning and end of the albums. The photograph albums have been disassembled for preservation reasons, but photocopies of the original layouts are included.
