National Youth Administration (RG 73)

      Photographs on printing plates used for newspaper articles concerning the National Youth Administration. There are over 300 plates, the majority of them made of steel. Most are accompanied by paper prints. The plates are numbered, and correspond to an index contained in a guide to the steel-cut illustrations. This guide is in the form of a scrapbook, with prints of the plates pasted on its pages and numbered. Descriptions of the images may be found in this guide. Arranged by plate number.

Note: The guide only refers to steel-cut illustrations. There are no prints corresponding to non-metal printing plates. Also, there are no plate numbers 223 – 299.
