Economic and Community Development, Dept. of (RG 76).

      Videotapes (VHS, Beta, Composite Digital [D-2], and U-matic broadcast-quality formats) and 16mm films, produced primarily for the purposes of promoting industry, tourism, retirement, and international trade in the state. Included are productions by divisions within the Dept. of Economic and Community Development; community-produced promotional videos; state and national news features on Mississippi, programs produced by Mississippi Educational Television (ETV); and productions by private businesses and organizations aimed at promotion of their products or missions. Though many of the items are undated, most were obviously made in the 1990s.
