      Booklets prepared by the State Building Commission and submitted to the Legislature in compliance with House Concurrent Resolution No. 86 and House Bill No. 1356 (Laws of 1973). Each booklet pertains to a specific project currently under consideration and contains a project narrative, preliminary plans (reduced photocopies), outline specifications, and estimated costs.
