The Department of Planning and Policy of the Office of Federal-State Programs was the Winter administration’s follow-on to Governor Finch’s Governor’s Office of Planning and Coordination (see Series 2635). The limited quantity of files contained in this series reflect some of the activities in which this office was engaged. The disaster coordination files reflect the continuation of this important activity from Governor Finch’s administration.
