Photographs and memorabilia from Governor Cliff Finch’s term of office from 1976-1980, including a program from Finch’s inauguration and an invitation to his inaugural ball, Christmas cards, and honorary certificates. The scrapbook also includes newspaper clippings from his failed run for lieutenant governor in 1971, as well as a single page from a scrapbook or photo album of Finch’s trip to China, probably dating from the early 1980s.
