Auditor (RG 29)
Financial reports on local water districts submitted by those districts to the Auditor. Since the 1979 passage of a law which allows the use of public accounting firms to conduct selected audits, many reports are the work of local accounting firms who file a copy with the Auditor. Records dating 1997-2001 are organized alphabetically by county, and records dating 2003 and later are organized alphabetically by water district. There is some organizational overlap in records dating from 2002 due to changes in the agency’s filing system. Not all water districts are available in a given year.
