      Administrative files and curricular material from the Certified Public Manager Program, run by the State Personnel Board’s Office of Training. All state employees in supervisory positions are eligible for the program, which teaches management and public policy skills for public employees. The program consists of six levels and an executive seminar. Students may complete the first three levels (133 credit hours) and earn a Certificate in Supervisory Management, or complete all six levels plus the seminar (a further 177 credit hours) to become Certified Public Managers. The records are organized into administrative files, which are arranged alphabetically, and curricular files, which are arranged by ascending course level. Administrative files contain curriculum committee meeting minutes, an accreditation binder and negatives from several class graduations. Curricular material is made up of primary teaching documents, including handouts, class exercises, transparencies, and instructor guides.
