      Governor Haley Barbours personal desk files, or reading files, on economic development topics, particularly the Toyota automobile assembly plant in Blue Springs, Mississippi. Approximately half of the series consists of files pertaining to the Toyota plant, while the other half consists of various economic development files arranged alphabetically by topic. The Toyota files are in no particular order, though certain oversized materials in them have been relocated to larger boxes or map drawers. Items in this series primarily consist of internal memos and correspondence (frequently with Governor Barbours handwritten annotations added), but also include notes, reports, press releases, financial statements and other documents.
