      This series consists of Committee meeting minutes, Board of Trustees Committee meeting minutes, correspondence, project proposals presented in meetings, transaction reports, “Friends of the Mansion” program account information, Committee meeting reports, newsletters maintenance schedules, sparse photographs, and lists of donors to the Governor’s Mansion and donation amounts. Notable individuals mentions who are involved with MDAH include Elbert Hilliard, Donna Dye, Anne Czarnieki, and Mary Lohrenz. Arrangement is roughly chronological. All of these items are currently simply grouped by year and were left in these files since they provide context to the overall meetings themselves. If it is deemed necessary, items may be separated by category at a later date. It is also possible that several of these items may be moved to their own individual series at a later date.
