These materials consist of receipt warrants for costs associated with the sale of Swamp and Overflowed Lands. Most warrants were issued for publishing lists in newspapers of available lands for sale. Other costs included locating swamp lands, and printing blank deeds and forms. The fund was established by act of legislature in March 1854. The items are arranged chronologically by decade.
