      This series consists of Minute Books compiled by the Mississippi State Board of Architecture. The material consist of minutes regarding, but is not limited to: special meetings, general/regular meetings, special sessions, regular annual and semi-annual meetings, call meetings, and Landscape Architecture Advisory Committees (LAAC) meetings. There is also supplemental information included, such as descriptive correspondence, balance and deposit listings, statements of receipt and disbursements, and notices of meetings. Arrangement is primarily chronological. Please note that since the first bound volume included years from 1928 to 1967, I divided those minutes up by year regardless of the amount of content. Also note that the dates given to the folders correspond to the actual minutes for that year, not the related supplemental material. This means that a folder with a date range of July to August may have correspondence from December.
