      This series consists of records of social events such as teas, receptions, luncheons and dinners held at the Governor’s Mansion during the administration of Haley Reeves Barbour as Governor of the State of Mississippi from 2004 to 2012. Each event file typically contains such materials as invitations, seating charts, receipts, planning notes, menus, photographs, and guest lists. The series also includes but is not limited to: monthly reports and loan information filed by the staff of the Governor’s Mansion. Arrangement is chronological by year.
