Files pertaining to legal matters during the Phil Bryant administration. Three principal advisors are identified in the records: Joey Songy, Jack Wilson, and Bobby Waites. Topics range from a variety of issues, including: healthcare, legislation, education, economic development, and state agency policy. Each box contains a wide assortment of subjects, but the selection of items listed below will help aid the researcher in their search. The AG investigation into PERS in box 35595 has contents that predate Phil Bryant’s Governor administration, but his administration played a part in aiding with the investigation so this file was in his desk. Because of his involvement, the file has been placed in his administration’s legal files until further notice.
