Reference files maintained by state representative Robert George Clark of Holmes County. Representative Clark was elected to the House in 1968, and at the time of his retirement in 2003 was serving as Speaker Pro Tempore. These files include correspondence, newspaper clippings, legislation, notes, and other materials. Arrangement of the files is alphabetical, with two exceptions: materials related to the Governor’s Office of Job Development and Training (GOJDT), which include CETA grant files, monitoring reports, and audio recordings of public hearings and sunset hearings; and a set of files related to the Education Commission of the States (ECS). Both the GOJDT and the ECS files are boxed separately.
