Series 185: Nursing Home Annual Reports and Statistics. 1961-1999. Health, Dept. of. (RG 51).

Compiled statistical reports of various data on institutions for the aged and infirm, including nursing and convalescent homes arraigned by calendar year. This statistical data may include such items as name and address of home, number and type of beds, number and category of employees, name of licensee, and number, sex, race, and age range of patients. From 1961 to 1982, there is only the compiled annual report. From 1983 to the most recent, there are the individual annual reports from the nursing homes arranged alphabetically by home name. Also included in the earlier years is a hand-written tabulation of statistics from each nursing home.  There are also various supporting correspondence, computer printouts, and blank forms
