Minutes of Office of General Services meetings pertaining to the business of the Bureau of Capitol Facilities, the Bureau of Surplus Property, and the Bureau of Building, Grounds, and Real Property Management. In 1984, the powers and duties of the State Building Commission were transferred to the Governor’s Office of General Services (Chapter 488, General Laws of Mississippi 1984). Five years later, the powers and duties of the Office of General Services were transferred to the Department of Finance and Administration (Chapter 544, General Laws of Mississippi 1989).
