Baker, U.S. Disbursing Officer, Quartermaster Corps, Mississippi National Guard, from July 8 to August 14, 1916.  Information in the register includes: check number, name, voucher number, date, amount, and balance. Only two pages of entries exist. Correspondence and an increase of allotment form are also attached to the register.
