Book of autographs of seventy-five participants in the Mississippi Constitutional Convention of 1868. The title page contains the following inscription: "Presented to Captain A. C. Fisk: as a testimonial of Esteem by his friend James Dugan." The volume is 12 cm. x 18.5 cm. and contains 76 pages.
