Personal and business papers of D. Wesley Busick of Brandon. Six letters, 1870–1873, are from G. L. Busick of Monticello, North Carolina, concerning family affairs; eight letters, 1872–1873, are from J. J. Busick of Monticello, concerning the manufacture of apple and peach brandy. Three letters of condolence on the death of D. W. Busick in 1885 are addressed to his brother, Henry A. Busick of Brandon.

The business papers include five letters from J. R. Stevens, mercantile and banker of Huntsville, Alabama, who was a business partner in cotton buying with D. W. Busick; twenty-letters and cotton price quotations from their stock brokers, Latham, Alexander and Company of New York, and Richardson and May of New Orleans; and receipts of taxes paid on land in Rankin and Smith counties.
