Diary of A. L. P. Vairin, first sergeant of Company B, 2nd Regiment of Mississippi Infantry. Company B was from Ripley and was called to active duty on April 30, 1860. Old Ord's War Journal, 1861, 62, 63, 64, and 65," An entry on the last page directed to Dr. E. N.
