This addition to the Davis papers contains xeroxed and photostatic copies of letters written to and by Jefferson Davis, April 20, 1862, December 20, 1870, January 26, 1873, and March 3, 1880. Also included is an article written by A. Hall Allen published by the Arkansas Democrat, August 13, 1961, concerning the letter written to Mr. Davis, April 20, 1862.
