The volumes are four minute books of the presiding elders of the Methodist Episcopal Church, South, from January 15, 1906, to September 10, 1911, and fifteen condensed minute books for the use of the presiding elders covering the period from 1914 to 1932. These books contain the records of the quarterly conferences held by the church throughout Mississippi. One folder contains miscellaneous papers concerning the church conferences.
