Album of photographs of views of the Sunny Side Company property, located in Arkansas, taken by Mr. Coovert of Greenville in October 1893. Apparently the Sunny Side Company was an extensive operation as there are views of the Sunny Side Landing on the Mississippi River, the Sunny Side Railroad Company, the saw mill operation, the piggery, the mule stables, the ox yard, a stern wheel steamboat in Lake Chicot, picking, hauling, and ginning cotton, and other typical plantation scenes.
