Xerox copies of letters, telegrams, orders, and other Civil War documents. Most of the letters and telegrams are to or from General Earl Van Dorn and Major M. M. Kimmel, with one letter to Major Kimmel from W. Goodman, President of the Mississippi Central Railroad. The major portion of the material originated in Mississippi and concerns mostly routine Army matters.
