Z 1110.000 Speed (Katherine R.) Collection

The Katherine R. (Mrs. Leland) Speed Collection contains material relative to the sculpting of the statue of Andrew Jackson, now standing in front of City Hall, Jackson, Mississippi. This collection includes 36 sketches by the artist and 26 photographs of the statue and model. Also there are several pages of notes and memoranda.
