This scrapbook contains newspaper and magazine articles relating to James Meredith's marches in Mississippi in 1966 and 1967. Most articles appear to be from the Memphis Commercial-Appeal, Memphis Press-Scimitar and the Jackson Daily News.

These clippings are arranged chronologically and are "preserved without comment." Also there is one letter from Representative Thomas G. Abernethy, August l, 1966, to Mr. Busby commenting on the national news media.
