This addition contains copies of autographed letters signed by Jefferson and Varina Howell Davis, n.d., August 12, 1848–July 28, 1894. Also included are the following copies: minutes of the 6th Annual Meeting of the United Daughters of the Confederacy held in Richmond, Virginia, November 8–11, 1899, which was recorded by Varina on March 6, 1901; and an indenture made between Jefferson Davis and John Delaney, May 9, 1854.
