Z 1160.000 Leopold (Aldo) Manuscript

Carbon typescript of Aldo Leopold's "Report on a Game Survey of Mississippi" which was submitted to the Game Restoration Committee, Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers' Institute, 1929. Four other states (Michigan, Iowa, Minnesota, and Ohio) had already been covered by the Game Survey, but the author was trying to determine if the "Game Survey could uncover worthwhile facts" about game in Mississippi, which had no state game department at that time.

This report of 85 pages contains charts, maps and an appendix.
