Z 1296.000 Lott (J. I.) Papers

J. I. Lott was one of the early train conductors for the Yazoo and Mississippi Valley Railroad Company. He later was employed with the Gulf, Mobile and Ohio Railroad Company where he served for many years.

This collection contains correspondence (December 12, 1950–December 26, 1950), ff. 1; an invitation and program of the inauguration of the President of the United States (January 10, 1941), ff. 2; newspapers (1955–1964), ff. 3; photographs, (ff. 4); a yearbook of Mississippi School Food Service Association (1966–1967); printed material concerning the Masonic Lodge of Washington (1928); and railroad rules and regulations pamphlets (1909–1951).
