Z 1426.000 Wahalak Baptist Church (Kemper County, Miss.) Records

This roll contains one record book of the Wahalak Baptist Church which was organized in 1833. This book contains a constitution, articles of faith, and minutes. The minutes tell of members accepted, reasons for dismissal, and gives the ratio of membership (at one point, thirty-five whites and forty-five blacks).
