Z 1721.000 Bethel Baptist Church (Lawrence County, Miss.) Records

Bethel Regular Baptist Church was organized on June 19, 1852. The church was a member of the Pearl Baptist Association until 1901, when it joined the Lawrence County Baptist Association at the organizational meeting that year.

This collection consists of seven volumes of minutes of church conferences. The volumes include lists of church members, some lists of officers and receipts, and an occasional obituary. Miscellaneous loose-leaf material (letters, clippings, etc.) has been filmed as inserted in the volumes.
