Scope and Content Note:

Papers of Charles K. Regan, a delegate from Claiborne County to the Mississippi Constitutional Convention of 1890, who served as secretary of the Committee on Education and of the Committee on Elective Franchise, Apportionment, and Elections. With the exception of two letters dated March 2, 1898, the collection pertains to the business of the Convention. 

Printed items of interest in the collection are as follows:

2. "Report of the Committee Appointed by the State Farmers' Alliance, in Session at Starkville, to Memorialize the Constitutional Convention Concerning Certain Matters" (Stephen D. Lee, chairman), undated.
